COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS

WE ARE HERE FOR YOU:

Dignity Hospice is committed to ensuring the safety of all patients and staff during all emergency situations, including epidemics. We have a comprehensive Emergency Preparedness Plan in place which addresses all emergencies that the agency has identified using a comprehensive risk assessment.

We have updated our plan in light of the COVID-19 pandemic that the United States and world is currently experiencing.

We want to ensure all patients, staff, family members, caregivers and homes that we are here for you, and everyone's health and safety is our highest priority. We are doing all that we can to protect and provide all that is needed during this time.

Feel free to contact us if you have questions or concerns. We are available 24/7/365 at 623-233-6461.

Our community is our commitment, we are here to continue to serve.

A LETTER FROM OUR CEO:

To our dear Community:

During these unprecedented times, Dignity Hospice would like to express that we are HERE FOR YOU. Any feelings of concern and anxiety are completely normal and understandable, and it is our duty to assure you that your Dignity family is prepared to care for and fight for all patients in both prevention and also if the virus directly impacts your home.

Our team has been monitoring the evolving global health issue and holding regular meetings focused on our emergency preparedness protocols. We are equipped with the supplies, staff and precautions to serve patients who may need us, and prevent the spread of COVID-19 while continuing to provide the care you expect from us and the one we strive to deliver.

WE are here to support you no matter your needs, and we want you to feel secure that should you need the help, we encourage you to reach out.

Call our office today! (623) 233-6461

We will always honor you, your patient, and your homes privacy and adhere to HIPAA as we keep all care matters private. Our duty and scope is for our community while serving compassionate hospice care always.

Together, we can reduce the risk of exposure to the virus and help keep you and those in your care safe.

Respectfully,

Lorene Ardelean, CEO
